DELIVERY

WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO DESPATCH ORDERS ON THE DAY THEY ARE RECEIVED,  HOWEVER PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO ALLOW FOR ANY DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
AS A GUIDE PLEASE ALLOW: 1st Class Post - 1 to 2 working days, 2nd Class Post  - 3 to 5 working days, though these times may be shorter or longer in our experience with our postal service in the UK.
 Royal Mail will not deem a parcel missing until 14 days have elapsed, after which time claims can be submitted.
( over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first - In our experience, the postman does not always leave a card!!)

PLEASE SELECT EITHER FIRST CLASS (£2.50) OR SECOND CLASS POST (£1.50) AT THE CHECKOUT - THESE PRICES ARE PER ORDER, NOT PER ITEM.
 
 
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE ITEM(S) YOU HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO INFORM YOU OF THE EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY OR TO OFFER A FULL REFUND SHOULD THAT BE YOUR CHOICE.

USED ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE - ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED IN AN ATTEMPTED REPAIR WHICH HAS PROVED UNSUCCESSFUL DUE TO INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS OR OTHERWISE, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AS THE PARTS ARE NO LONGER DEEMED TO BE 'NEW' AND AS SUCH CANNOT BE RE SOLD. IF IN DOUBT ABOUT THE NATURE OF THE TECHNICAL FAULT, PLEASE CONSULT A QUALIFIED ENGINEER.

CANCELLED ORDERS

GOODS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR WHATEVER REASON AND ARE UNUSED (SEE NOTE ABOVE) CAN BE RETURNED TO US AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE WITHIN 7 DAYS. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED (LESS INITIAL POSTAGE IF BAGS/PARTS ORDERED IN ERROR) PROVIDING GOODS ARE RETURNED IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical / image error, vacuumbags2u.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel disputed orders.
