DELIVERY

We will endeavour to dispatch orders on the day they are received, however delays can occur during busy periods.
As a guide -  1st Class Post - 1 to 2 working days, 2nd Class Post  - 3 to 5 working days, though these times may be shorter or longer in our experience with our postal service in the UK.
 Royal Mail will not deem a parcel missing until 14 days have elapsed, after which time claims can be submitted.
( over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first - In our experience, the postman does not always leave a card)

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE ITEM(S) YOU HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO INFORM YOU OF THE EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY OR TO OFFER A FULL REFUND SHOULD THAT BE YOUR CHOICE.

CANCELLED ORDERS

GOODS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR WHATEVER REASON AND ARE UNUSED CAN BE RETURNED TO US AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE WITHIN 7 DAYS. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED (LESS INITIAL POSTAGE IF BAGS/PARTS ORDERED IN ERROR) PROVIDING GOODS ARE RETURNED IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.

 

Typographical Errors
